Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a new email box account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect email messages from one e-mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-response messages and guard your e-mailboxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply specify the e-mailbox you wish to forward electronic mails from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your preference to access your e-mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
